Hi, I’m Elaina, a bilingual (Spanish/English), trauma-informed therapist who works virtually with college students navigating anxiety, family stress, cultural identity, and past trauma. I’m here for students who may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck trying to manage school, relationships, and expectations, especially first-gen students, students of color, LGBTQIA+ students, and those who carry the weight of childhood or generational trauma. You don’t have to sort through it all alone. My approach is gentle, supportive, and empowering. We’ll go at your pace and focus on what matters most to you, whether that’s setting boundaries, healing from the past, or finding your voice. Therapy with me is a space where all parts of you are welcome.
Our primary focus is medication management for ADHD, anxiety and depression. Initial appointment can be booked online from our website or my email.
Everyone faces challenges in life. But those challenges can be amplified during life transitions, such as seeking higher education. Anxiety, worry, and frustration are common reactions. Some days it can be hard to find hope amidst the stress of just trying to get through the day. My therapeutic techniques are enacted with collaboration and compassion and individualized to your needs. I use many techniques commonly found in applied behavior analysis (ABA), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These can include goal setting, functional behavioral assessment, mindfulness skills, direct instruction, role-play and rehearsal, thought records, data review, journaling, and exploration of personal values. Together we will identify and use your strengths to make the changes that help you reach your goals.

I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CBT) and I specialize in treating obsessive compulsive disorder and anxiety disorders. I also have extensive experience helping people with anger management and depression, and supporting my clients who are neurodivergent. I have worked in the mental health field for over 20 years and I have helped a lot of people get better so they can live more meaningful and productive lives. My job is to help you feel less distress so that you can do the things you want and need to do. If you are looking for a "no nonsense", short-term, targeted, and evidence based treatment, then I am probably the right therapist for you. I also provide longer term treatment and support if needed. I will do everything I can to help!
Hi, I'm Sean. I'm passionate about helping clients overcome struggles related to anxiety, OCD, life transitions, and identity development. In therapy, we will work collaboratively to identify your goals and create a plan to develop strategies to manage life challenges. In doing so, my goal is to create opportunities for you to come to know yourself more fully, to provide tools for you to connect with others more deeply, and to empower you to live a life more in line with your personal values. I am trained in providing CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ERP (Exposure & Response Prevention), and Psychodynamic Therapy. I often work using an integrated approach that emphasizes treating the whole person and incorporate elements of multiple modalities to meet your individual needs and goals. Change can be both terrifying and extremely powerful. I value meeting new clients where they are at in their journey, and working as a team to accomplish important goals. In my years of experience I have come to realize so much about living in the world robs us of our ability to acknowledge our own magic. Therapy should be a safe place for you to begin to reclaim that magic and learn how to discover your own power. By using a "bottom to top" approach to identify how long held, negative beliefs, have kept you reliving and repeating the past, you can finally live in the present. I provide a safe, non judgemental space for you to work through trauma and reclaim the power inherent in you.

Hello! It's wonderful that you've taken this first step toward change and I hope that I can help make that process a bit easier. I'm a psychotherapist with over ten years of experience helping individuals create change. I believe that effective therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Therefore, I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to tailor treatment to each person's unique needs and circumstances. I prioritize a collaborative approach, working closely with my clients to create a safe and supportive space where we can explore their challenges, identify their goals, and develop strategies for positive change. I'm passionate about empowering my patients to achieve their desired outcomes and live fulfilling lives.
Students who find me most helpful are often trying to figure out who they are as separate but connected to their parents and family. I especially love working with first gen and immigrant students because I am both. I have lived and worked on four continents and English is actually not my first language, so students who are navigating intercultural issues also find it easy to connect with me. In terms of the kinds of issues students work with me on, it includes: depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship worries, fear of failure, and self esteem. I look forward to hearing from you!

I have had the honor to work in the field of mental health for the past 15 years and journey alongside amazing people who were able to discover the strength, grace, and wisdom waiting for them. While I have experience providing several treatment modalities, I specialize in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I have also been extensively trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Additionally, for the past eight years, I have taught courses on human behavior and additional topics at SUNY Brockport and Nazareth College allowing me to stay current on mental health research and treatments. My experience has shown me that everyone has the capacity for growth, we sometimes just need a space to discover and map out the life that we want. I would be honored to provide that space and help you bring more authenticity into your life.
