The term Legacy by definition means "something of value transmitted by or received from an ancestor or predecessor or from the past." As I reflect upon my life I noticed people who laid up for me a legacy, a promise and hope. The most influential people who have impacted my life and who established a legacy for me were my grandparents. They established a legacy, it was the legacy of care, compassion, and goodwill to mankind. I saw kindness, love, patience, meekness, faithfulness, and gentleness and these are the qualities I bring into the therapeutic relationships. I am a believer that everyone's birth was triggered in the earth-realm for a purpose. There is a purpose attached to your life. I believe in helping people reach that purpose. Through the work that I do I seek to restore hope, and establish a legacy of abundant life. My goal as a fully licensed psychologist is to create an environment where you feel safe to be transparent to address whatever issues concern you. I look forward to entering into an alliance with you so you may begin the healing process, create a legacy and fulfill your life purpose.

Immediate availability (updated 5/27/2026). I work with individuals who are looking for a space to feel heard, valued, supported, and understood. I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, openness, and support. My style is rooted in attachment and relational work, meaning we’ll focus on how your relationships, past and present, shape your experiences. With over a decade of experience across an array of clinical settings, I’ve worked with individuals and families navigating a wide range of mental health challenges including anxiety, loss and grief, trauma, stress and burnout, attachment wounds, living with or caring for an individual with chronic illness, parenting challenges, and life transitions.
