Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed by classes, work, or family expectations. Anxious about the future. Stuck in relationship patterns that keep hurting, or questioning who you are and where you’re headed. Perhaps you’re navigating trauma, a painful breakup or betrayal, loneliness, identity questions, academic pressure, or a major life transition. You might look like you’re holding it together on the outside, while inside you feel disconnected, exhausted, or never quite enough. You may long to feel more grounded, confident, connected, and understood. If any of this feels familiar, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. My therapy practice offers a calm, compassionate space where college students and young adults can slow down, feel seen, and make sense of what they’re going through. I work with individuals and couples who are hurting and ready for change, whether that means healing from past experiences, strengthening relationships, or reconnecting with themselves. Together, we’ll explore the parts of your story that feel tender or confusing and work toward greater clarity, self-compassion, and meaningful growth.
My name is Eve Buck (she/her/hers), and I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor. I work with individuals and couples living in New York and Pennsylvania at my virtual practice. I completed my master’s degree in mental health counseling from Teachers College, Columbia University. My previous training includes working with undergraduate and graduate students at the Fordham University counseling center, as well as community practices where I have worked with culturally diverse clients from all walks of life. I particularly enjoy working with young adults and senior adults and have specialized training in therapy for people who identify as Latinx. It is through the experiences and lessons I have learned along my work and personal journeys that I hope to support your path toward overcoming your personal struggles and finding greater fulfillment. I pride myself on utilizing a multicultural approach to therapy while bringing in teachings and principles of multiple disciplines, drawing mainly from psychodynamic therapy among other evidence-based practices. It is this multidisciplinary approach that I believe best serves clients, allowing space for present-minded problem solving as well as exploration into a client’s past, relationships, and emotional experience. Our work together can be tailored based on your life story and experiences and what you hope to gain from therapy. Everyone’s therapy journey is different. Whether it’s working through trauma or beginning a path towards better self-understanding, I strive to provide an open, non-judgmental, and productive space where people can find relief from distressing symptoms as well as develop a stronger sense of self through insight and reflection. Just like each person is unique, each treatment is different and adapted to who you are and what you need. I recognize the wide breadth of human experience and I bring this knowledge with me to best meet your needs. Life can be difficult and confusing, but as your therapist I will be there to empathize with and support you through it.
You feel like you could be doing better and that you have some areas in your life that you could improve in. You want to learn effective strategies and skills, break the cycles you are in, make deep insights, and improve your life and the relationship you have with yourself and others. We will explore your sense of self, relationships, personal aspirations, life stressors, goals and more. We will uncover your patterns of behavior and create a deeper understanding of who you are and what you value. We will talk about the therapy process and make sure I set the stage so that you can understand how I can best support you. My unique combination of three master’s degrees supports my skillset of critical thinking, problem-solving, empathy, and emotional intelligence. My style can be best described as being supportive, directive, playful, and challenging. I value your time, energy, and money and so I cater our sessions to be most productive, efficient, and supportive for you. I'll help you expand your level of self-awareness, enrich your relationships, and increase your personal growth. Your investment in therapy is an investment in your potential. I'll support you & create a safe space for you to be vulnerable. I appreciate you and promise to respond to your message. Thank you for reading about me, I look forward to meeting you!

I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and a doctor of nursing practice. I enjoy working with patients who struggle with mental health issues and I am dedicated to helping them live their best life. Mental health care is my passion. My mission is to provide quality, patient-centered, holistic care to all those I work with.
I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Rittenhouse Psychiatric Associates specializing in medication management for a variety of mental health conditions in adults ages 18+, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, PMDD, bipolar disorder, and more. I offer a warm, empathic, non-judgmental and collaborative treatment approach. My philosophy is that using psychotherapy, coping skills, and healthy lifestyle choices combined with psychiatric medications often result in the best treatment outcomes. Offering HIPAA-compliant virtual Telehealth Psychiatric appointments for patients located in PA and NJ. Our practice does not have admitting privileges at local hospitals, and therefore, if a patient is high risk for self-harm, is acutely suicidal or needing crisis intervention, has a history of inpatient psychiatric admissions, suicide attempts, or psychosis, we may recommend providers with additional emergency resources outside of our practice.
Some of us hold onto “the hurt” for years and years until it becomes so faint— so normalized— we lose the ability to fully remember what life unburdened by “the hurt” can feel like. As a trauma therapist, my goal is to help you regain autonomy, awareness, and understanding over your life, your relationships, and your path forward. Each and every part of you has played a role in helping you survive “the world as it is.” My goal is to help you discover the slice of “the world as it should be,” mobilizing you towards finding healing community, chosen family, or space where you can flourish— where hypervigilance and fear melt away. I work best with fellow creatives, performers, organizers, underdogs, self-starters, former gifted kids, healers, survivors, and meaning seekers. I’m not easily shocked or appalled— you don’t have to be ashamed of your lived experience, and you are never going to be “too much.” All who are Queer, Trans, -of Color, (Dis)abled, & Neurodiverse are especially welcome. I have seven years of experience in supporting people on their life transitions and mental wellness journey as a life coach & case manager prior to becoming a Licensed Social Worker. I’m been training and practicing with Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy since 2021 for both individuals and couples. I’m also cohort member of the Embody Lab’s next Integrstive Somatic Trauma Therapy Certification for Fall 2025. If you are a survivor of sexual assault or other crimes of a similar nature in Pennsylvania, I may be able to offer net-zero fee therapy under PA’s Victims Conpensation Assistance Program. I’m here for the short-term or the long-haul— your healing journey is in your hands, and you determine the pace and speed we go. If you need someone to press you forward and hold you accountable, I can do that. If you need someone to just “hold space” until you’re ready to do something later, I often do that too. The door is always open. Talk soon? P.S. I unironically and unapologetically LOVE em dashes— hands off, GenAI!
I know firsthand how powerful and healing therapy can be, as well as how frustrating and painful it sometimes is. I believe therapy is a co-created relationship that enables us to reckon with ourselves, therefore making possible the change we want to see in our lives. My style is human — I’m not a neutral observer or blank slate, I am an engaged, deeply caring person. I share what I think honestly and with humility. My therapeutic approach is integrative. I work primarily from a psychodynamic lens, and am internal family systems-informed. Clients have described me as caring, calm, and “bad at having a poker face.” To that end, I share what I think honestly and with humility. In my practice, I work with individuals who have experienced trauma, relationship issues, and want to work through life transitions, and boundary setting. I help my clients develop tools, communicate more effectively, clarify their needs, unlearn old unhelpful beliefs about themselves, and get unstuck from painful patterns. Together we will look at your past to understand what you’re still hanging onto that you’d like to let go of. I can help you understand links between the past and present, while also helping you develop skills for coping and emotional regulation as you engage in therapy.
Starting or returning to college can bring up unique challenges—navigating relationships, managing stress, adjusting to new independence, or figuring out who you are and what you want. I work best with students who are thoughtful, curious, and open to exploring their inner world, even if that feels a little intimidating at first. Many of my clients are balancing academics with the ups and downs of friendships, family, dating, and questions about their identity. My practice is LGBTQ-affirming and welcoming to students of all backgrounds. I provide a calm and supportive space where you can slow down, untangle what feels overwhelming, and begin to feel more grounded. Whether you’re seeking clarity in relationships, support with stress or anxiety, or a place to process deeper emotions, therapy can be a meaningful step toward feeling more connected and at ease with yourself. I look forward to supporting you!

Do you feel like you’re failing at a "script" you never signed up for? When you find yourself in the space between rejecting old scripts but not yet knowing what your new scripts will be, the weight of the unknown can be paralyzing. Most challenges are fueled by a fear of being 'wrong.' I help you move past those 'right' and 'wrong' binaries and develop a deep relationship with your own intuition. When you are no longer fighting yourself, you have the energy to truly connect with others. I specialize in the topics that many therapists shy away from. I help individuals and couples reclaim intimacy by addressing desire differences, sexual "addictions", or performance anxiety. I bring my lived experience as a Queer, Trans, Latine therapist to help you navigate the complex intersections of power and identity. My style is direct yet deeply kind; I provide the 'gentle accountability' needed to break old patterns. I’m not here to tell you how to live; I’m here to help you communicate your needs and find what actually works for you. Some areas I explore with clients include: - Men & Masculinity - Infidelity - Boundaries & Communication - Out of Control Sexual Behavior or "Sex Addiction" - Gender & Sexual Identity Development - Asexuality - Polyamory & Non-Monogamy - Divorce & Uncoupling - Multicultural Relationships - Parasocial Relationships - ADHD & Neurodivergence - Spirituality - Grief, Loss, & Transitions

I work best with students who are motivated and thoughtful, but feel stuck—whether that’s struggling to focus, feeling overwhelmed by academic pressure, or wondering if ADHD, a learning difference, or anxiety might be part of the picture. I offer neuropsychological evaluations to help students understand how their brain works—clarifying strengths, challenges, and what may be getting in the way of learning or performance. These evaluations are often helpful for students seeking answers, clarity, or documentation for academic supports. I also provide CBT-based therapy, which focuses on practical tools to manage anxiety, stress, perfectionism, and unhelpful thinking patterns. Therapy is active and collaborative, and we work toward concrete changes that make daily life and school feel more manageable. If you’re looking for clearer answers about yourself and support that’s structured, practical, and grounded, I may be a good fit.
