Hi, I’m Janet. You may be overwhelmed, shutdown, struggling with deep moral distress and existential dread, or stuck in AuDHD burnout, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I specialize in supporting people deeply connected to non-human animals and nature and those experiencing AuDHD burnout. Other areas of expertise are chronic illness, medical trauma, and sociopolitical moral distress. I am compassionate, warm, collaborative, and prioritize building a safe trusting relationship with you. I explicitly recognize structural injustices in my work and practice anti-oppressively. We can support your nervous system, clarify what is important to you, and help you move - at your pace - toward what matters most to you.
The students I work best with often feel overwhelmed by their emotions and struggle with patterns that seem difficult to change. You may find yourself experiencing intense emotions, relationship challenges, impulsive behaviors, self-criticism, or feeling stuck in cycles that leave you frustrated and exhausted. Many of my clients have spent years trying to cope on their own but continue to feel overwhelmed by stress, conflict, anxiety, depression, or emotional ups and downs. They often want to better understand themselves, build healthier relationships, and develop practical skills for handling difficult emotions without making things worse. In our work together, we'll focus on learning effective strategies to manage intense feelings, tolerate distress, and recognize unhelpful behavior patterns. My goal is to help you gain greater control over your emotions, make choices that align with your values, and create lasting changes that improve your overall well-being. If you're ready to better understand yourself and build skills for navigating life's challenges, we may be a good fit.
School can be some of the most rewarding years of your life but they can also be overwhelming. Between classes, internships, work, relationships, family expectations, finances, and figuring out who you are and where you're headed, sometimes it's good to have some extra support. Therapy gives you a place to talk openly about what's going on, without judgment. Whether you're feeling anxious, stressed, burned out, stuck, lonely, or simply trying to make sense of a major life transition, you don't have to navigate it alone. I work with college and graduate students on concerns such as anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, identity exploration, gender identity, academic stress, life transitions, binge eating, and body image. Many of my clients are also learning how to manage life on their own for the first time and are discovering that no one ever really taught them how to handle the emotional side of money. As a Certified Financial Social Worker, I can help you develop a healthier relationship with money, spending, debt, budgeting, and financial decision-making. Together, we can explore both the practical and emotional aspects of financial wellness so you feel more confident and in control. My style is warm, supportive, and down-to-earth. I'll meet you where you are, help you build on your strengths, and offer practical tools along the way. If you're curious about working together, I'd be happy to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to see if we're a good fit.

Hi, I’m Neal Holmes. I am a believer in holistic and collaborative therapy. Bearing witness to your lived experience is an honor, because we are all striving to live and build relationships the best way we know how as people. I like to help my clients find their passion in life, remove blocks that are keeping them from being their authentic self, and live the life they wish to live with their dreams and hopes fulfilled.
Relationships can be hard. Communication can be challenging. Feeling anxious, uncertain, directionless, or out-of-control can feel overwhelming and at times debilitating. It is so easy to become stuck in a cycle of frustration or hopelessness which creates thought loops fixated on these feelings. It can feel impossible to see what lies beyond the immediate struggles we can’t seem to work through. While most of us feel the need to address these struggles, so few of us have the time or energy to “fix” these stuck points and successfully move past them. That’s where I step in to help. If interested, please send me an email and we'll schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we're a good fit.
Life is hard, especially when you feel like you just can’t manage everything on your plate. From school to work to relationships with friends and family, there is always a lot to juggle, and stress can build up quickly! When you’re overwhelmed, your behavior, mood, and relationships are all impacted, and it’s harder to be able to fully enjoy life. I help people who feel stressed and overwhelmed learn to manage their emotions so they can be the best version of themselves. I want to hear what is already going well for you, so that we can build on what is already working to improve behaviors, mood, and relationships. From there, we can make a plan to get you back to experiencing the best parts of life. Reaching out for support can be the hardest part, so I’m glad you are here. Contact me by phone or email to discuss options for setting up a consultation call or scheduling an appointment.

Together, we’ll work to uncover and understand these underlying patterns so that meaningful change can happen. I provide a safe, supportive space to explore your experiences and help you create more satisfying relationships and a life that feels aligned with your goals.
Hi, I’m glad you’re here. I’m a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania and New Jersey who loves working with adolescents, young adults, and parents as they navigate life’s ups and downs. I also bring a strong background in crisis stabilization and years of experience working with children, teens, and families, so I understand the challenges that can come with transitions and relationships. I use a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, which means we’ll work together to understand what’s getting in your way and find practical steps to help you move forward. People make the decision to engage in therapy for a multitude of reasons, all of which are valid. Some people may be ambivalent about making changes in their lives, while others might feel eager and ready to start the process. Regardless of where you find yourself on that continuum, I am here to support you. Although my background has mainly been focused around eating and body image, I see clients who are experiencing a variety of concerns: relationship issues, anxiety/depression, life transitions, unhappiness, etc. Prior to private practice, I worked with undergraduate and graduate students at Harvard University Counseling and Mental Health Service, with a specialty in supporting student-athletes and individuals with eating and body image concerns. I have also worked in psychiatric inpatient programs as well as eating disorder treatment programs. My therapeutic style is integrative, which means that our work together will draw on various approaches determined by your concerns and goals. My hope is for us to build a trusting relationship that will allow for honest reflection, helpful challenge, and ultimately positive change so that you may be able to lead a more fulfilling life.
I enjoy working with people who are experiencing difficulty managing their emotions, and feel a loss of control or direction in their lives. If anger, depression, mood swings, anxiety, or past traumas are making life and your relationships with others problematic, I want to help! My approach to therapy is relaxed and down-to-earth. I will collaborate with you, in a respectful, nonjudgemental, and supportive manner. By increasing self-awareness, you will be better able to understand the barriers keeping you from happiness, and our work together will help you to develop your strengths, coping skills, and confidence.
Hello: Are you struggling with adjusting to college? Do you feel overwhelmed with this new chapter in your life? Do you miss home? Is college schoolwork overwhelming at times? If you answered yes to any of these questions, I might be able to help you feel more adjusted and more like yourself. I work with college students on many issues such as stress management, adjusting to a new life, and feeling good about this new phase in their life.
I believe that the therapeutic relationship, the relationship between the therapist and the client, is the cornerstone of therapy and is an essential tool in working through interpersonal issues. I would provide a warm and safe environment in which to collaboratively address your concerns. Therapy would entail learning skills to more effectively cope with your stressors and exploring your understanding of yourself and underlying causes of your difficulties in order to enhance your quality of life. While this process can be challenging, it can also be meaningful and rewarding. I have experience working in community and academic settings with diverse adult populations experiencing a wide array of problems.

My name is Sam, and here at Dandelion Counseling I hope to support you through all stages of life from bud to fluff with humility and kindness. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and Licensed Behavioral Specialist (LBS) and have been in the mental health field for 14 years. I believe all humans deserve respect, and the ability to be supported in their journey of life. I hope to provide a place for individuals I work with to feel safe, affirmed, and to move through each length of their journey in their own way. When I seek clients I look for individuals who are ready to take that first step into whatever is next, or might be curious as to what that step might look like. I'm here to meet you where you are, and be there with you. I believe that all individuals in their mental health should be able to hold autonomy, and choose which path is right for them. I encourage an individualized approach to each person, and that we work as a team. It is important to me that each person has the ability to chart their own course, and feel that they have a an open, as well as a supportive place. I hope that you will join me and continue to explore what this life has to offer. There is nothing quite so precious as the steps we take to get to know ourselves in each length of the journey we are on. I can't promise answers to life's mysteries, but I can assure those I work with that I will do my best to remain humble, and to be open to possibilities.
