As your guide, I will spark your curiosity and ignite motivation. I will actively listen, offer empathetic and compassionate feedback, and encourage self-discovery through introspection. As you begin to value the process you will realize that the journey matters more than the destination. On this path you will develop a growth mindset, truly believing that you can become better and improve with time and practice. As you begin to live the life you want to live you will start embracing challenges. You might even find you enjoy them. You will become more resilient and discover abilities you didn’t even know you possessed. Difficult experiences can lead to rich rewards. With Brainspotting and EMDR you can adaptively process trauma and emerge stronger. You will recognize your personal strength, and start to explore new possibilities. I specialize in treating people who struggle with trauma, OCD, anxiety, and/or insomnia. I strive to help my patients reduce suffering and increase joy and connection by incorporating relevant science and research, humor, and compassion throughout the treatment process. The treatment process will involve gaining an understanding of your strengths and challenges, collaboratively developing goals for treatment, and implementing tools and skills learned in therapy to live a more fulfilling, effective, and meaningful life. Therapy with me will be more directive at times so that you feel empowered to confront challenging issues. For each area I specialize in, I use approaches that I’ve been extensively trained in and that have been proven to be effective for many people: EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, or Prolonged Exposure for trauma, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Exposure & Response Prevention for OCD and other anxiety disorders, and CBT-I for insomnia. I received my master’s and doctorate degrees in clinical psychology from Pacific University. My experience as an Air Force veteran and former military psychologist has given me a wealth of experience providing the gold standard in trauma treatment.

College can feel exciting and full of opportunities, but it can also bring a lot of stress. Many of the students I work with are balancing heavy class loads, pressure to succeed, relationship changes, and sometimes homesickness. This can lead to feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, or unable to focus. At Giving Hope Psychiatry, I work with students who seek support in managing stress, improving focus, stabilizing their mood, and finding healthy ways to cope with challenges. Some students come to me for help with ADHD, anxiety, depression, or bipolar disorder. Others simply need a safe space to discuss what they’re going through and explore options for feeling better. Appointments are available online and flexible, allowing you to meet from your dorm, apartment, or anywhere you feel comfortable. My goal is to provide care that is supportive, personalized, and hopeful—so you don’t have to go through this alone.

Hello! I work with folks on issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment issues, disordered eating and body image. More than just developing better coping skills, I also want to help you explore where the worry, negative self-beliefs and unhelpful coping behaviors come from. When we do that, we can appreciate how all behavior really is an attempt to get our needs met, diminishing the shame that so often surrounds mental health struggles. My goal is to help you foster more compassion for yourself, making it easier to understand your inner needs and mindfully pursue actions that are healing. I'm trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and I'm always learning more about treating trauma to help address the impact of past overwhelming experience, whether they felt big or small.

Hello! My name is Priscilla (she/her) and I am licensed to practice as a therapist in both Oregon and California. My practice centers on the dignity, safety, and belonging we each deserve. Many of my clients struggle with self-esteem, feeling like they belong, decision-making, and boundary setting. I help clients find ways to counter self-doubt so that they feel more empowered and comfortable trusting themselves. Sometimes, my clients discover that their patterns of thinking are tied to earlier events that may have been painful. I am here to be a safe, compassionate guide. I look forward to connecting with you!

Are there old patterns stuck on repeat in your relationship that you’ve tried to change but can’t seem to? Is relationship stress or anxiety in general getting in the way of your feeling satisfied or in flow with your life? Maybe you feel invisible or unappreciated. Perhaps you feel a sense of powerlessness or frustration due to your boundaries being overstepped. You may have even stopped trying due to repeated failures trying to "fix" what isn't working. The truth is every now and then we need support from someone who has the knowledge, training, and personal experience to help you with something like this. I help clients heal and learn from old relationship wounds and improve their relationship with themselves and others. I help people get to the heart of the matter and go beyond learning and implementing coping skills. In this way we can get to know what is creating barriers to joy, calm, and flow in your relationships and in your life. Please note that addition to qualifications listed within this profile, I am a certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician. Whether working through anxiety, contemplating/preparing for a breakup or moving on from a relationship, healing from the fallout of antagonistic relational stress and/or narcissistic abuse, strengthening your boundaries, or you're just wanting to give that critical inner voice the boot so that you simply feel better about you, I'm here to help. * I am contracted with Care Oregon and am able to work with Trillium Community Health of OHP via single case agreement.

Have you ever had a moment, conversation, or even a look that gave made you feel felt? That felt sense of connection is what Resonance, LLC is based on. Too often, we are forced to stay on the surface level or simply don't know how to connect on a more meaningful level--perhaps because we were taught to; perhaps because of trauma; or maybe because we are afraid someone will abandon/make fun of/misunderstand us. Resonance is about feeling accompanied, being seen, heard, and mostly, felt, throughout the healing process.

I understand that healing is not one-size-fits-all, and culture, identity, and lived experiences matter. Whether you are working through generational trauma, burnout, boundaries, self-worth, or simply trying to figure out how to make life feel lighter, you do not have to do it alone.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, whether it's your first time or you're looking for something different than what you've tried before. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in familiar patterns, or simply ready for something to change — especially in the middle of the demands of student life, work, or both. I've worked in mental health since 2000, with over 25 years of experience with adolescents, young adults, and adults. I'm licensed in Oregon, Washington, and Colorado, and I see clients through secure telehealth. I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief, chronic illness, relationship concerns, burnout, and major life transitions. I have particular experience with college and graduate students, helping professionals, and people navigating the emotional weight of chronic or invisible illness. My approach is collaborative and active. Insight matters, but understanding why a pattern exists doesn't always change how it feels — so alongside talking, we work toward new emotional, relational, and nervous-system experiences that let change happen on a deeper level. I draw on attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, and approaches like Somatic Experiencing, AEDP, IFS, and EMDR, depending on what fits you. Some sessions focus on practical strategies and current challenges. Others slow down to explore what's happening underneath. We'll find the pace that actually helps.

I provide a safe and supportive environment to work in collaboration with you to manage mood and anxiety concerns and, if you are struggling specifically with disordered eating, the support to challenge eating disorder behavior. I strive to balance this with providing honest open reflection to help meet you where you are. I utilize the exploration of unhelpful thinking and behavioral patterns meeting clients where they are at in the process of change and helping them progress.

I specialize in effective therapy for individuals who are suffering from depression, anxiety, difficulty maintaining healthy relationships, low self-esteem and assertiveness issues as well as survivors of trauma, and domestic violence.

We'd be a good fit if you're navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and you're looking for a space that feels both supportive and real. I help clients connect with their inner strength, shift limiting thought patterns, and build the self-awareness and compassion that lead to real, lasting change, emotionally, relationally, and in day-to-day life. I also offer culturally and linguistically tailored care for the Latinx community, drawing on shared cultural norms, lived experiences, and traditions. My approach looks at the full picture: your nervous system, your relationships, your patterns, and your environment, not just your symptoms. Therapy works best when it's rooted in a real, trusting relationship, not a checklist. Clients often come to me for support with: - Setting boundaries and breaking free of people-pleasing patterns - Managing adult ADHD and the executive-function stuff that comes with it - Navigating a life transition and just trying to feel like themselves again - Understanding relational patterns, why certain dynamics keep showing up, and building the assertive communication skills to actually say what you need without guilt or over-explaining If you're new to therapy, or coming back after a break, it's completely normal to feel unsure about that first step. It's often the start of some real insight and a stronger relationship with yourself. I bring genuine empathy, intuition, and, when it fits, a little humor, because this work should feel human, not clinical.
