I am a registered dietitian nutritionist working with individuals struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating and other feeding concerns. I practice from a weight inclusive and non-diet lens and I love instilling confidence and knowledge in clients as they strive towards peace with food and body. I meet clients where they are at by building upon existing strengths and providing a nonjudgmental space for self-exploration and growth. I value honesty, empathy, curiosity, and humor in my practice. The foundation of my work uses person-centered and relational therapy techniques. I may pull from psychodynamic, solution-focused, or narrative therapy. My therapeutic approach is for those looking for support, self-reflection, alternate perspectives, and accountability. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults for individual therapy. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship dynamics, life transitions, and confidence. I believe authentic conversations about identity, including exploration of sexuality, gender, race, and class are an important part of our therapeutic work together.
We're a practice of two independently licensed social work clinicians who are passionate about working with young adults as they navigate all of the unexpecteds and uncontrollables that adulthood can bring.
