If you're struggling with persistent sadness, lack of energy, or difficulty concentrating, you're not alone. Perhaps anxiety leaves you breathless, or stress manifests physically. Maybe irritability is affecting your relationships, or daily tasks feel insurmountable. Whether you're trying to manage chronic issues, adjusting to a new environment, or seeking to improve your overall well-being, our services are tailored to support your unique journey.
Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by stress, grief, shame, or old patterns that they cannot seem to break. In our sessions you will have room to slow down, reflect, and release the weight of what you have been carrying. We aim to help you feel more grounded, more confident, and more connected to the life you want, both personally and professionally. We are a group practice led by Rebecca, an LICSW, and Julianne, an LMHC, offering Tuesday and Friday telehealth appointments with the goal of providing accessible, supportive therapy for all patients. If you are ready to begin this process, we are here to support you. Our work is grounded in cognitive behavioral and trauma informed approaches. This means we focus on helping you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and experiences interact, and how you can develop practical tools to cope with what you are going through. We work with adults, and welcome anyone seeking support for depression, trauma, grief, stress, or life changes. Whether challenges are longstanding or new, you do not have to face them alone.
My practice provides a safe and caring space where meaningful change is possible. The solution-focused services are tailored to meet the individual needs of my clients. I draw from a variety of theoretical orientations and am skilled at using cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, and relational treatment approaches.

Being a college student comes with a lot of demands and transitions. This time in your life, while exciting, can also be exhausting and strenuous. College life looks different for everyone! It is my goal to create an environment in which my clients feel safe and comfortable so that they can reach their fullest potential. Therapy can be difficult, but it also can be a great experience! I look forward to hearing from you and learning about how I can support you!

Going to therapy implies the courage to question ourselves and face the challenges that get in the way of self-acceptance. I believe therapy can be a transformative encounter that allows a different experience of ourselves. As a Colombian immigrant and a native Spanish and English speaker, I offer a culturally sensitive approach to therapy, attentive to the intersections of race, gender, sexuality, and class. My background and current role as a clinician at Harvard University Counseling and Mental Health Services have given me the privilege of working with patients from all over the world. I am trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis and strive to create a safe, confidential space for self-expression. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, and life transitions, with particular experience supporting graduate students and young professionals. I am a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) with over 28 years of experience, providing individual and couples therapy to an adult multicultural population. I have specialized training in trauma, women's issues, ACOA recovery and couples counseling. My current work incorporates Internal Family Systems and other mind-body approaches, as well as MBCT and solution-focused therapy. In addition, I work with Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), providing college students and professionals with evaluations and short-term treatment focused on interpersonal conflicts, work/life balance, academic and work performance problems, stress management and career coaching. Prior to my clinical career, I worked as a writer/editor and publicist in higher education and health care within non-profit and for-profit sectors. I also am a creative writer and musician. This background, combined with my training in meditation and visualization, helps me to work with clients interested in overcoming writer's block, performance anxiety and other obstacles to creating and learning.
Welcome to my profile, I’m so glad that you are considering therapy! Finding the right therapist and starting sessions can be intimidating, but you are on the right path. Thank you for considering me to be a part of your healing journey. I am a warm, affirming, and non-judgemental therapist and enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and LGBTQIA+ individuals. My previous clients have reported liking my style of being down-to-earth, using humor in session, open to feedback and not acting like the “expert” on your experience. Therapy is a collaborative process that starts with your goals and expectations. I am here to support you and work together on your goals at a pace that feels helpful for you. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent teens and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, life changes, relationship challenges, childhood trauma, and perfectionism. Guidance and support can be provided for parents of teenagers in my practice.
My ideal client is someone who is ready and motivated to dive in head first into their healing journey. Someone who knows they have their “stuff” but really wants to explore where it all stems from. I love working with those clients who just trying to figure it all out in this life (I see you, Millennials) and who are navigating the transitions and curveballs that can be thrown our way. I love meeting the client where they’re at to begin with, but don’t be surprised when I push you a little bit. I’ve been told that I have a really great way of understanding mental health, but I’m also known not to sugar coat the realities. I am trained in EMDR (A trauma processing modality using eye movements) and other trauma informed care models to explore the aspects of our past and handle the bigger emotions that could come along with that. Being real and relatable is very important to me in my sessions as the therapist/client connection is what will drive this boat. As your therapist, I can promise to provide you the tools to step outside of your own head and connect the dots that answer the question of “Why am I the way that I am”? Therapy is not always easy and we need to be honest with ourselves with what’s holding us back, but I can promise to provide positive vibes and great support every single time we meet.

I believe that how we interact with others in the present often grew out of lessons learned earlier in life. Sometimes, people use strategies to cope with situations that once made sense but are no longer effective or useful. I also believe that everyone has strengths that can help guide decisions and behaviors in the present. I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy, where we become travelers on your journey; we look at concerns, explore their origins and feelings that arise, and discuss how to view and handle situations here and now. I blend developmental and clinical approaches to help individuals understand difficulties within the context of typical stages of life. Treatment is geared to individual needs, and I draw on a variety of theoretical orientations (e.g., Psychodynamic, CBT, and Humanistic therapies). I work with individuals from a wide range of ethnic, cultural, and economic backgrounds, and I have a special interest in gender identity and sexual orientation (LGBTQIA+). I have helped clients with concerns including, among several others, depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, and life transitions. Please visit my website for more information: www.everbreezepsych.com
