Therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff or scary. I believe healing works best when we can laugh, reflect, and be real together. I create a space where you can bring your full self, messy, hopeful, curious, and everything in between. Whether you’re navigating stress, identity, relationships, or just figuring out who you want to be, we’ll work side by side to uncover your strengths and help you move forward. As a social work intern, I’m passionate about supporting people through life’s in-between moments, the chapters that feel uncertain, overwhelming, or full of possibility. I bring an easygoing, compassionate style to therapy, blending evidence-based practices with genuine human connection. My approach is collaborative and non-judgmental: think of me as both a guide and a co-pilot. I work with individuals who want to explore identity, manage stress and anxiety, process life transitions, and deepen self-understanding. I also care deeply about working with young adults, students, and marginalized communities, helping folks feel seen and supported in spaces that often overlook them. Therapy with me is not about being ‘perfect’, it’s about exploring your story, building resilience, and finding ways to grow that actually feel authentic to you."
I have a specialty in treating OCD and Addictions using IFS (Internal Family Systems) Therapy, EMDR, and AEDP Therapy. Having worked in a variety of mental health settings and most particularly through my work at academic Boston-area hospitals, I have developed both an affection for and an expertise in working with people in their 20's. It is such a time of change, choices, transitions and adjustments. Finding a way to ground ourselves and connect with our own instincts can make all the difference in the journey through adult life.
I am a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Thoughtful Psychiatry, P.C. I provide psychotherapy and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of stress related conditions. As therapist and prescriber, I try to pave the way for my clients to tell their stories and feel truly understood. I strive to provide a safe environment that allows for self-expression. While diagnosis can be helpful, I believe that each individual enters treatment with a unique set of circumstances, and that it is important to focus on the needs of each individual rather than focus only on his or her symptoms. I am interested in treating patients with all types of conditions, but have a special affinity for working with clients who suffer from anxiety and trauma-related conditions. Currently, I am accepting clients primarily for medication management. Clients seeking medication management should have a therapist in place.
I believe finding the right therapist is a major part of successful therapy. I love to work with individuals and couples in a solution focused way where I can support them as well as provide feedback and tools to help navigate towards each person's personal goals. I love to engage with people during sessions and to make sure that they feel comfortable being their authentic selves without any reservations or fear of judgement. I have a wide range of experience in a variety of mental health concerns and especially love working with people managing the stressors of any relationships, dating, marriage, anxiety, life changes and life adjustments. I want to make sure that anyone who sees me feels they are benefiting from therapy and working towards a better quality of life.
I am currently accepting self-pay clients! During therapy sessions, I hold space for people facing all types of life experiences that encompass our collective human experience. Some key areas that I support individuals with are finding relief from anxiety through the cultivation of self-regulation and nervous system support, navigating major life transitions, healing from traumatic events, past or present, and exploring ways of living that are in alignment with one's true desires. I strive to help individuals build a relationship with themselves that are rooted in compassion and self-acceptance. As our imagination becomes activated and absorbed in the freedom of art and play, our linear or rational thinking processes of labeling and making judgments are temporarily suspended. This temporary suspension allows us to access our intuition (heart, center, wisdom, spirit, true self) and deepen awareness of our thoughts, feelings and experiences in life.

I am an experienced psychotherapist (LICSW) and Certified Group Psychotherapist (CGP) working with individuals, couples and groups. I hold a PhD in biochemistry, which informs my work in psychotherapy by integrating current research in neurobiology into my treatment approach. I believe in the resilience of every human being and work to capitalize on the best in people I work with. I specialize in attachment trauma, loss, relationship issues, challenging life transitions and the negative coping styles that often accompany them.
