With over 10 years of experience, I feel deeply honored by the trust clients place in me when they open their hearts and share their inner world. I have experience with trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and relational problems. My passion for working with diverse populations led me to pursue the Global Mental Health: Immigration and Trauma Certificate from Harvard University. I strive to see my clients beyond their diagnoses and to raise awareness of the societal and cultural challenges that may prevent them from fulfilling their true potential I work best with high-achieving individuals who may appear successful outwardly but feel overwhelmed or uncertain internally. Many of my clients are immigrants or from multicultural backgrounds, navigating identity, belonging, and the pressures of academic or professional life, while also seeking to align their success with deeper meaning, purpose, and spirit

Hello! My name is Caroline and I am a Boston-based Registered Dietitian passionate about helping you prioritize your relationship with food. After earning my degree in Nutritional Sciences from Boston University, I went on to complete my supervised practice training through Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a Harvard Teaching Hospital in Boston, MA. The rigorous nature of this clinical internship, paired with my experience working in all levels of eating disorder treatment, gives me the experience needed to care for a wide range of populations. Whether you have been diagnosed with an eating disorder or your intuition simply tells you your relationship with food/your body is dysregulated, I can help you reclaim your trust in yourself. I take an evidenced-based, HAES-informed, non-diet approach to help you cultivate a nourishing and normalized eating pattern that suits your individual needs. My goal is to build your confidence in making nutrition decisions for a full life!

Hi, thanks so much for taking an interest in my practice. It takes great courage and awareness to come to the decision to reach out for support. I see clients in my office in Cambridge, MA, near Davis Square, and in Melrose, MA, as well as by teletherapy/videochat. I specialize in helping people to free themselves from the 'silent conversation' that we have with ourselves throughout the day. By understanding how this conversation influences our thoughts, feelings, and actions, it is possible to adapt it to feel more empowered in life. It is my hope that your therapy experience will feel comforting, meaningful, real, and effective in getting to the heart of your core concerns. I work from an integrative framework in a warm and interactive environment, drawing from holistic, cognitive, and psychodynamic influences to help people to reclaim a sense of choice and authorship in their lives. My background includes more than 25 years in clinical healthcare, school, and community settings working therapeutically with individuals, couples, and groups on a wide-range of issues causing acute and chronic distress. You can find more information about me here: https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/therapists/jessica-slavin-connelly-cambridge-ma/85090 https: //www.zencare.co/ jessica-slavin-connelly/ www.jessicaslavinconnelly.com
I provide client-centered psychotherapy services that are tailored to the needs of each client. I draw from a variety of theoretical orientations including Psychodynamic (insight oriented) and behavioral (skills oriented) treatment approaches. I provide individual therapy to adults and adolescents in both English and Japanese. Some areas of specialty include relationship issues, self esteem issues, life transitions, stress, anxiety, mood issues (depression), family issues and cross cultural adaptation. My clients describe me as warm, empathetic and genuine. I am concerned with understanding the full person with whom I am sitting, and not only their problems or symptoms. I currently have a Friday morning availability at 1015am and am conducting sessions by phone only.

Allison loves working individually with young adults. She enjoys helping people with a variety of mental illnesses, including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, transitional related stress, and stress due to family dynamics. Allison also enjoys helping people with general stress related to changes in life or general dissatisfaction with parts of your life. Allison practices from a client-centered approach, using a variety of techniques and through talk therpay. Allison believes in building a relationship with a client and working with them from where they are at, as opposed to using 1 specific technique to assist all clients. Allison believes that all clients are experts in their own lives. Life can throw some real challenges out at times and sometimes, we all just need an extra person in our corner. If you are struggling and looking for a non-judgemental person to talk to, please feel free to reach out to me.

Welcome! I'm so glad you've found your way here. College can be an exciting time, but it can also come with stress, old wounds that resurface, anxiety, and moments where you’re just not sure who you are or where you’re headed. Therapy can be a space to slow down, breathe, and talk honestly about what’s going on - without judgment. My goal is to create a place where you feel genuinely seen, supported, and safe to figure things out at your own pace. We’ll work together to understand the patterns, thoughts, and emotions that might be keeping you stuck, while also tapping into the strengths you already have (even if you don’t always feel them). I see therapy as more than “fixing problems”—it’s also about reconnecting with yourself, growing in confidence, and building a life that feels meaningful and aligned with who you want to be. I use an individualized, integrative approach—drawing from psychodynamic therapy, relational work, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)—because there’s no one-size-fits-all path to healing. This means we’ll explore your past and present experiences, uncover what’s behind certain reactions or habits, and bring compassion to every part of you. I’d be honored to walk with you as you learn to trust yourself, practice self-kindness, and reclaim your voice. Together, we can explore what matters most to you and help you move toward a life with more clarity, confidence, and connection.
