College can be exciting, but also really stressful.

Between classes, deadlines, friendships, and figuring out what's next, it's easy to feel anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure of yourself. Therapy offers a safe place to talk openly about what you're going through, whether that's stress, relationships, identity or just the pressure of trying to balance it all. My approach is supportive, approachable, and geared toward helping you find clarity, build coping skills, and feel more grounded as you navigate college life.
