My counseling style is warm and inviting. I believe in being completely non-judgmental, sensitive and compassionate. I want to start where you are wherever you are in your journey through different human experiences. My psychotherapy approach is a combination of cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, interpersonal, solution focused and client centered.

I enjoy working with individuals with traits and tendencies of attachment that manifests by way of questioning self-worth, feeling unworthy of love, fear that healthy relationships cannot exist, obsession with loss and difficulty moving forward, taking on others feelings and beliefs as your own, guilt/shame, inability to receive feedback without feelings of failure/rejection and experiencing confusion/seeking clarity around identity.

In my down time, I love to relax and have a good time. For fun, I enjoy listening to music and singing, traveling, trying new restaurants and foods, reading, laughing and spending time with loved ones.
