Welcome to Help for Wellness! We use only evidence-based therapy to help you feel better faster and maintain those skills over the long term!
We treat anxiety, OCD, depression, insomnia, weight management, trauma, and body focused repetitive disorders. We can also use Cognitive Behavioral therapy to help you with general life stress, relationship and transition issues. If you are already are in a relationship, we have a fabulous evidence based couples therapist on our team!
I will complete and submit paperwork on your behalf for reimbursement from your insurance company if you are seeking out-of-network sessions.
