Helping make a difference in client’s lives is what inspires me to do the work that I do everyday in the field of mental healthcare. During sessions, I provide a safe space for clients to open up about what is on their mind and how to work through those feelings in a positive manner, while also listening to what clients are say and how it is impacting them currently. Building trust and a strong therapeutic alliance begins in the very first session, and continues to strengthen throughout the course of therapy in order to help clients work towards positive changes via different therapeutic interventions.
