As a holistic therapist, I’m passionate about helping young adults reconnect with their minds, bodies, and spirits. My work is grounded in an anti-oppressive and social justice lens, acknowledging how trauma, stress, and societal pressures can shape our mental health and sense of self.

In our sessions, I create a warm, judgment-free space where you can be your whole self and feel truly seen and supported. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling more grounded, empowered, and confident in your own identity.

I specialize in supporting young Black women and women of color who are navigating intergenerational or complex trauma, anxiety, depression, or challenges with identity and self-esteem. My clients are often motivated to find balance, stability, and deeper meaning in their lives.

Together, we’ll integrate somatic practices, mindfulness, and a trauma-informed approach to help you tune into your body, recognize when you’re feeling overwhelmed, and learn how to support your nervous system. Through this process, you can cultivate greater harmony and connection across all areas of your life, moving toward a stronger sense of peace, confidence, and authenticity.
